Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using eRaajje ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. eRaajje reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile information up to date.

3. Marketplace Rules

eRaajje is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across the Maldives. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and delivery commitments. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before making a purchase. All transactions are subject to the terms agreed upon between the buyer and seller.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• List illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items
• Provide false or misleading information in listings or profiles
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment or communication systems
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Listings and Content

All listings (products, services, jobs, properties, and rentals) are subject to review and approval by eRaajje. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant eRaajje a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

6. Delivery and Island Logistics

Given the unique geography of the Maldives, delivery terms may vary based on the seller's location and the buyer's island. Sellers must clearly state delivery options and any associated costs. eRaajje is not responsible for delays caused by weather, ferry schedules, or inter-island logistics.

7. Payments and Refunds

All prices on the Platform are displayed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Payment terms are determined by individual sellers. Refund and return policies are set by each seller and must be clearly stated in their store profile. eRaajje may facilitate dispute resolution but is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

8. Liability Limitations

eRaajje acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

eRaajje reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malé, Maldives.
